• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
• Device and browser information
• IP address and approximate location
• Error logs and performance metrics

2.3 Information from your end-users

When your AI agents interact with your customers (calls, chats, forms), we collect conversation transcripts, contact information provided during interactions, call recordings (if enabled), and sentiment and intent data extracted by AI analysis. This data is processed on your behalf as a data processor.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Agent Four platform
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, account notices)
• Provide customer support
• Analyze usage to improve the Service
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse

Call recordings are stored with signed URLs that expire after 1 hour. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
