Our Commitment
Kore Web Dynamics LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Agent Four aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Accessibility Measures
Agent Four takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML5 elements with proper landmark regions
- Skip-to-main-content link on all pages
- Keyboard navigability throughout the platform
- ARIA labels on all interactive elements without visible text labels
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for text)
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Alt text on all informative images
- Form fields with associated labels and error descriptions
- Responsive design supporting zoom up to 400% without horizontal scroll
- No content that flashes more than 3 times per second
Conformance Status
The Agent Four marketing website (agentfour.ai) is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
The Agent Four dashboard application is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working toward full conformance.
Known Limitations
The following known limitations exist. We are actively working to resolve them:
- Data charts and graphs: Analytics charts may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. Text-based data tables are provided as alternatives where possible.
- Third-party widgets: Some embedded third-party content (such as the Clerk authentication widget) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We have reported these to vendors.
- PDF documents: Any PDF files linked from the platform may not be fully accessible. Contact us to request accessible versions.
- Live voice transcripts: Real-time voice call transcriptions may have a slight delay. Finalized transcripts are fully accessible.
Technical Specifications
Agent Four relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1:
- HTML5
- CSS3 (including CSS custom properties for theming)
- JavaScript / React
- WAI-ARIA 1.2
These technologies are relied upon for conformance.
