Frequently asked questions
- What is the setup fee?
- The setup fee is a one-time charge that covers the configuration of your AI agents, integration setup, and custom scripting. It is separate from the monthly subscription. We offer three tiers: Basic ($497), Standard ($997), and Advanced ($1,997) depending on the complexity of your deployment.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. You will need a setup fee to get your agent configured, but the monthly subscription does not start billing until your trial ends.
- What happens if I exceed my call minutes?
- If you exceed your included call minutes, additional minutes are billed at $0.08/minute (Starter/Professional) or $0.06/minute (Business). We send an alert at 80% usage so you are never surprised.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your service remains active through the end of the billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual plans save you two months (equivalent to ~17% off). Annual billing is paid upfront.
- What phone numbers are supported?
- We use Twilio for all voice services. You can bring your own Twilio number or we can provision a new local number in your area code. National toll-free numbers are also available.
